Client Instructions
- Enter your User ID and Password, and click “Login”.
- Once you are at the “Welcome” screen, you will have the following options: (1) add new claims; (2) manage existing claims; (3) generate real-time status reports; (4) send Money Management a message; and (5) other administrative matters.
To Add New Claims:
- Click the “Add Claims” tab at the top of the screen.
- Please fill out the fields as best as possible. (Please note that the fields in red must be filled in or else our system will not allow you to submit the claim. In the event you are not able to fill in a field, or if you have any questions, please leave the field blank and we will fill it in for you.)
- Please submit any documentation you may have regarding the claim by clicking the “browse” button at the bottom of the screen and uploading the file from your computer. (If you do not have the capability to upload the documentation, you may fax or mail the documentation to us.
To View Status Reports:
1. Click the “Reports” tab at the top of the screen.
2. For a general status report, click “Status Report”. On this page you may choose to view all accounts, open accounts, closed accounts and/or accounts in litigation.
3. Depending upon your needs, we offer several other reports from the “Reports” page.
